Using what you have already

Photo of a knitted wrap, still on the knitting needles
I used some yarn I already had for making this wrap.

Last year, I ordered some yarn online, and accidentally clicked on the wrong checkbox when I made my selection. When this yarn in the photo was delivered, I contacted the company, explained my error, and they sent me the colour I meant to order — at no extra charge. Thanks, Knitpicks.

WIP pictured is Close To You by Justyna Lorkowska, which I found via Ravelry.

Recently some friends gave us a lot of their food because they switched to a keto diet. This includes a lot of rice. Today I’m cooking a last bit of sushi rice for using tomorrow in the Broccoli and Egg Fried Rice from Bon Appétit. It calls for day-old sushi rice, so I Googled “how to cook sushi rice” and found Perfect sushi rice from Make My Sushi blog.
